Southwest Corn Dip

This dip is my go-to dip to take to any gathering I am invited to. 

It is so simple, requires practically no prep time, and is always a hit! 

For this dip, you need: 
1 16 oz container of sour cream
2 cups of shredded cheese (I like Colby Jack, but use your favorite!)
1 can of drained Rotel (again your preference of the heat levels, but the sour cream really mellows it out)
2 cans of drained Southwest Corn 

Now throw all of those ingredients into a container, stir it all together, and chill until you are ready to serve! I find the flavors really come together if you can let it chill overnight.
